a tag-ish

So this is one of those "answer each question on each day of February" things - but - since February is kinda over - I'll just do them all at once :)

Day 1: A favorite song.
Right now - I'm in love with "Pirate Bones" by Natasha Bedingfield (that, with my last post - yes, I did just get her "Pocketful of Sunshine" CD - and I love it)

Day 2: A favorite movie.

Hmm... I'm going to go with "Letters to Juliet". Made me laugh, made me cry, and it was a wonderful little love-story movie

Day 3: A favorite book.

Favorite book of all time (besides the Bible) is "The Robe". It's old, it's classic, it's amazing.

Day 4: A favorite television program.

Just watched the first episode of the 1967 "The Avengers" - and it was GREAT!

Day 5: A favorite quote.

"Pure mathematics is, in its way, the poetry of logical ideas." -Albert Einstein

Day 6: A moment you wish you could relive.

When my little brother was born.

Day 7: Five things you couldn't possibly live without.
A job. (I think I'm ADD...  if I'm not working or doing something I can't stand it)
Family. (sometimes they drive me crazy, and I'm sure the reverse is the case, but I love 'em to death)
Dance. (it's how I express myself - well, that and writing)
Conditioner. (trivial, yes, but without it my hair would be a huge mess)
Salvation. (last, but oh-so-not least - yep - I'd definitely be 'dead' without it)

Day 8: A thank you letter to someone who has changed your life.

Elizabeth. (some of you will know who I'm talking about)

Day 9: A photo you took.

lily from my aunt's funeral

Day 10: A photo of you taken over ten years ago.
haha!

Day 11: A photo of you taken recently.

Day 12: A song that you want played at your wedding.

Ummm - this might sound strange - but I don't want to have a wedding. It's too expensive. I just want a big party. :D So - maybe - like - live violin music or something? I don't know :P

Day 13: A pastime favorite.

Reading.

Day 14: A vacation you would like to take.

I wanna go to Israel. Really, really, really bad.

Day 15: A person you admire.

Caitlin M - she really lives life to the fullest and I admire that a lot.

Day 16: A song that makes you cry.

Bebo Norman - "Nothing Without You"

Day 17: An art piece.

me and a friend of mine in this awesome museum

Day 18: A time when you felt passionate and alive.

When a little kid gives me a huge hug and says they love me and want to be just like me someday.

Day 19: A talent of yours.

writing boring blog posts. ;)

Day 20: A hobby of yours.

little known: I collect ticket stubs.

Day 21: Something you know you do differently than most people.

leave my curly hair curly instead of straightening it.

Day 22: A website.

really? just a random website? okay... here *giggles*

Day 23: A way in which you want to be remembered.

That I loved helping people.

Day 24: A movie no one would expect you to love.

Valkyrie.

Day 25: A recipe.

hum... do I really want to give out one of my secret recipes?

Day 26: A childhood memory.

making words on our refrigerator with those little letter magnets

Day 27: A physical feature you love.

bright eyes. (I don't have them - wish I did - but it's super cool when people do.)

Day 28: Hopes, Dreams and plans you have for the next 365 days

Finish school. Learn how to make soap. Go somewhere I've never been. Knock the walls out in my bedroom and put in sheet-rock - then paint the walls white (or cream) and write poetry on them in different colors.

That was fun. :) If you wanna do it - go for it!

#4 - In my Netflix queue, waiting to be watched. :)
    #7 - I'd have to agree. But I'm a terrible dancer. :)
#12 - I know the feeling. Eloping or having a surprise wedding sounds fun+fabulous to me.
#15 - If this is me...THANKS! I think you are pretty spectacular, too!
    #20 - I'm a post-card addict.
    #23 - You will be. :)

  2. So I can't/won't take the time to write answers to all of those, especially here. But I must say I learned a bit about you. This was a great post. Instead of painting your walls white/cream you could actually buy some dry erase paint that you roll on your walls and use as a dry erase board. It might get spendy but then you wouldn't run out of room.

  3. Caitlin:
    1) No, I didn't know she was a Christian - that's awesome!
    15) yep, it's you :) and thanks

Aaron: wow.. that is a great idea - love it. I didn't know they even made that! I guess when I have paint questions, I need to remember to ask you.
