yumm.

veggie broth: the best way to use up the all the old veggies in your fridge. (unless you have a goat. then he would be very happy to eat the old veggies in your fridge)


my plan is to turn this soon-to-be veggie broth into hot and sour soup. and then I'm going to (try to) make fried rice to go with it. hopefully it turns out, and my family won't end up ordering out pizza tonight :P

  2. veggie broth - I made it from scratch (thus the photo). just water and chopped up veggies - cook it for hours (7-8), drain it to save the liquid (throw the veggies away) and you have veggie broth! :D

  3. Ah - I get it! I was a bit confuzzled; I thought you put veggies in a broth and ate them as a soup :oops:
